# Quick view / quick buy

How to set up product quick view modal

The Quick View modal in a Shopify theme allows customers to preview product details, images, and options in a pop-up window without leaving the current page, making browsing faster and enhancing the shopping experience.

**Steps:**

1. In the theme editor (**Customize**), open the template selector.
2. Select **Products**, then > **quick-view**
3. Make necessary changes. > **Save**
