Steps:

1. In the theme editor (Customize), click Add section.

2. Locate Divider

3. Make necessary changes. > Save.

• Width - With of this section 3 options : Container / Stretched / Full width

• Mobile - Spacer height (mobile)

• Desktop - Spacer height (desktop)

• Background

• Text color

• Style - Solid / Dashed / Dotted

• Thickness
